Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC installations.
- Load/unload equipment, prep materials, and manage tools.
- Support clean, code-compliant, high-quality work.
- Interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Maintain job site organization and safety.
- Participate in manufacturer and AllTech Academy training.
- 2–3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (residential preferred).
- A strong work ethic and genuine curiosity to master your craft.
- Solid tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A positive, team-driven attitude and commitment to excellence.
