What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:
  • Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed
• Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems
• Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and system components
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
