Production Specialist

Title: Production Specialist/ Pellet Mill

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a General Production role at our plant in Mankato, MN.

This full-time rotating shift work position will operate forklifts, automated equipment, load and unload bulk trucks, mix and pellet, along with some general maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grain handling or manufacturing environment
• Commitment to work in a safe manner and follow OSHA standards
• Good computer and math skills
• Be able to read and follow procedures
• Complete required paperwork
• Forklift experience
• Work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work in natural climate conditions
• Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Ability to drive semi tractor trailers on lot including backing into dock
