Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

We are seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support major water/wastewater construction projects, including a new $38M water treatment facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedule, budget, cost, risk, and overall execution
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, procurement, and project buyout
• Manage owner relationships, pay applications, reporting, and project documentation
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and resolve operational issues
• Support project safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• 4 years of relevant construction/project management experience for PM level
• 7 years preferred for Senior PM level
• Water/wastewater, treatment plants, heavy civil, utilities, pump stations, process piping, or industrial construction experience preferred
• Strong financial, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software preferred
• Degree is preferred but relevant experience may substitute
• OSHA 30 is not required at hire
