We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivering exceptional results while building strong relationships with our clients and project teams.

What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing projects up to $15M .
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.
