Operations Specialist – Roofing Company
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our roofing company. This role plays a key part in keeping projects, scheduling, communication, and administrative processes running smoothly between customers, crews, sales representatives, and management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily roofing operations and project workflows

Schedule appointments, inspections, installations, and service calls

Communicate with customers regarding project updates, scheduling, and documentation

Assist sales and production teams with administrative support

Maintain accurate records in CRM and company systems

Track project progress, job statuses, and production timelines

Process contracts, invoices, permits, and other operational documents

Support material ordering and vendor coordination as needed

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails professionally

Qualifications
