Responsibilities:
- Establishing a robust safety culture within data center projects.
- Controlling costs and maintaining profitability while leveraging extensive experience in data center construction.
- Managing field construction activities specific to data centers, including equipment installation, network components, and security systems.
- Supervising the development of project schedules tailored to data center requirements.
- Reviewing cost reports and implementing strategies to optimize costs within data center projects.
- Setting up project labor needs in alignment with data center specifications and consulting with management.
- Conducting regular inspections of data center projects to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinating closely with subcontractors to guarantee all data center work meets project scope and technical specifications.
- Enforcing data center-specific policies and procedures.

- Proficiency in software relevant to data center project management, such as Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Experience in implementing large and complex safety plans specific to data center environments.
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills when dealing with data center clients.
- In-depth understanding of cost reporting methods in data center projects
- Extensive knowledge of data center construction practices and systems.
- Familiarity with various insurance programs applicable to data center construction sites.
