Construction Project Manager - Commercial Design-Build Construction - Base Salary to 115k/year - Camp Hill, PA
- Our client is a woman-owned design-build and general contracting firm serving Central Pennsylvania for over 20 years. Known for their collaborative, relationship-driven approach, they deliver tailored commercial construction solutions across healthcare, education, office, retail, and light industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of repeat clients and negotiated work, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and project stakeholders
- Lead collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and design partners
- Manage several concurrent projects through all phases
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6)
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, procurement, and field coordination
- Ensure milestones and timelines are achieved
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Review subcontractor bids, scopes, and pay applications
- Administer contracts in accordance with AIA documents
- Partner with Superintendents to manage jobsite execution
- Lead pre-installation meetings and quality control processes
- Enforce safety protocols and address compliance issues
- Manage punch list and closeout documentation
- Ensure successful Certificate of Occupancy (CO) completion
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency with:
- Procore
- MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of:
- AIA contracts
- CPM scheduling
- Budgeting and cost control
- Ability to commute to Camp Hill, PA
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 90k - 115k/year range
