Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work schedule start and end times are flexible and are established with the employee during the hiring process.
- Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- Six years of professional building design, construction administration, or construction management experience for renovations and new construction for commercial, institutional, or educational buildings, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science, or a closely related field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of a valid license as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Professional Land Surveyor, or Professional Geologist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or a reciprocal jurisdiction; or possession of valid professional level certification issued by a nationally recognized and accredited professional certification program in Master Level of Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- This position requires possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have the ability to demonstrate professionalism, communicate effectively, as well as interact and work well with others in groups.
- You must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in commissioning and related work.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Minimum 6 years of experience in building commissioning processes, including in-depth understanding of IBC, ASHRAE and other pertinent industry standards
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing and negotiating contracts for building commissioning services
- Minimum 4 years of experience facilitating meetings, resolving conflict, and promoting collaboration on a project team
- Experience leading business process improvement with a strong focus on customer service
- Certified ASHRAE Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP)
- Possess an LEED AP certification
- Understanding of IBC, ASHRAE, and other industry standards
- Number of contracts for building commissioning or other services have you developed or negotiated
- Experience with Microsoft products
- Level of experience with Microsoft Office modules
