Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare journal entries with corresponding account analysis for month end closing.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
- Audit and reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
- Assist in updating financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash reports as needed.
- Assist in annual financial budgeting process.
- Prepare financial reports requested by external parties.
- Compile data for annual sales and use tax reporting
- Learn accounts payable/receivable processes to back up position as needed.
- Learn Cost Accounting Analyst processes to back up position as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, including knowledge of GAAP.
- Quality, accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness of work performed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with others.
- Ability to respond to multiple priorities within established deadlines required.
- Experience with an ERP system desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
