Allied Roofing Solutions is a family-owned exterior remodeling company with over 20 years of experience serving the East Coast. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred and GAF Certified contractor, we take pride in delivering top-tier service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Our Pennsylvania office is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Secretary to help manage daily operations and support our sales team.

Position Overview:

This is a key in-office role responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Intake and qualify new leads (collecting all necessary customer information)
  • Screen customers and determine service needs
  • Enter and update customer information in CRM systems (MarketSharp, Roofr, etc.)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and manage the daily sales calendar
  • Coordinate project scheduling and assist with job timelines
  • Track follow-ups and ensure all leads are properly managed
  • Communicate with sales reps to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended
  • Keep organized records of all customer interactions and updates

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, secretary, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Experience in home improvement or construction industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $20 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday availability may be required
