Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven, money-motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a closing role, not a canvassing position. You will be meeting with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services, performing inspections, and closing deals during the appointment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Run pre-scheduled, qualified in-home appointments set by our office
- Conduct roof inspections and exterior evaluations
- Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions
- Present detailed estimates and financing options
- Close deals during the initial appointment whenever possible (one-call close)
- Follow up with prospects to maximize closing ratio
- Manage pipeline and customer interactions using CRM (MarketSharp, Roofr, etc.)
- Maintain communication with office and production teams
- Generate additional self-sourced leads if desired to increase earnings
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in a face-to-face, in-home sales environment
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Preferred (Not Required):
- In-home sales or outside sales experience
- Home improvement or construction background
- Experience closing deals on the first appointment
Compensation & Benefits:
- High commission structure — top reps earn $150,000–$300,000
