Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with NERC CIP expertise to support the integration of two NERC CIP compliance programs. This merger effort will be the primary focus of the role, requiring strong coordination across teams, regulatory knowledge, and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the integration of two NERC CIP programs
• Manage projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives
• Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Provide status updates and reporting to leadership
• Ensure compliance with established project management processes
• Collaborate across multiple functional teams and stakeholders
• Support initiatives related to physical security, access control, and surveillance systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience with NERC CIP standards and compliance requirements
• Background in access control and video surveillance systemsExperience with systems such as Honeywell, Lenel, and Secure900 is a plus
• Experience in physical security, critical infrastructure protection, or compliance environments
• Familiarity with risk management and security assessment methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (experience prioritized)
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience (for senior-level candidates)
• PMP certification required (or must be obtained within 6 months of assignment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

Additional Requirements

• Must be open to travel (approximately 25%)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
