Information Technology Operations Analyst

Client: Leading Water Solutions & Sustainability Technology Organization

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to support IT leadership by coordinating operational priorities across the technology organization. This role will focus on IT operations coordination, reporting and analytics, procurement visibility, vendor management, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an IT environment and supporting cross-functional initiatives while ensuring projects, KPIs, budgets, and operational processes remain organized and visible to leadership.

Key Highlights:

• Partner directly with IT leadership to track initiatives, action items, and operational priorities.

• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards utilizing Excel and Power BI.

• Analyze operational data and provide insights that support business and technology decision-making.

• Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement activities, licensing, and contract visibility.

• Monitor IT operational expenses, invoices, purchasing activity, and budget tracking.

• Improve documentation, reporting processes, and organizational effectiveness across IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

• Experience working within an IT, Technology Operations, or Finance organization.

• Strong understanding of technology environments, including infrastructure, applications, systems, and integrations.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational analyses.

• Experience utilizing Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.

• Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is preferred.
