About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish. This role manages daily project activities, ensures adherence to design specifications, and delivers high-quality results within scope, budget, and schedule parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all project operations, supervising staff and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project scope, budget, and schedule; identify and negotiate change orders as needed.
- Forecast, track, and manage project costs, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain profitability.
- Lead the project team—including Project Engineer, Cost Engineer, and support staff—providing mentorship and ensuring quality performance.
- Conduct profit and loss reporting, revenue projection reviews, and monthly cost analyses to support accurate financial tracking.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, owners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve project issues.
- Plan and schedule project phases, ensuring resources and permits are in place to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Identify and document project changes, ensuring all scope adjustments are properly communicated and tracked.
- Promote and enforce company safety and quality standards on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of project management experience in heavy civil construction; bridge experience preferred.
- Familiarity with NYC and New York State public agencies strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, HCSS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
