Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Day shift (typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Seasonal adjustment: Earlier start times during warmer months
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Overtime: Minimal (capped at ~5 hours/week)
- Comfortable working in an industrial/chemical environment
- Able to follow safety protocols around hazardous materials
- Reliable and consistent attendance is critical
- Phone interviews are acceptable and preferred for initial screening
- Candidate drop-off has been occurring once drug testing is introduced
- Need to pre-qualify candidates early regarding drug screen requirement to avoid no-shows
