Prohibition 37 is a fully licensed, vertically integrated cannabis business with a cultivation and manufacturing facility.
The cultivation and manufacturing facility is fast-paced and multi-faceted, from every step of plant cultivation to drying, trimming, and packaging of the final product. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking motivated individuals at least 21 years of age who preferably have experience in the cannabis industry. Our goal is to maintain a diverse, hard working team that works efficiently together, takes initiative, adapts to changing environments, and is detail and quality oriented.
Job roles include:
- assisting with plant harvest, including plant logging, weighing, and hanging to dry
- debranching and bucking buds off of dried plants and live plants
- hand trimming buds before packaging
- operating trimming machines, joint machines, packaging machines, and scales
- identifying potential bud rot, mold, or infestation if they occur
- weighing, packaging, sealing, and labeling product
- weighing, filling, and closing pre-rolls
- tracking product using spreadsheets and state-regulated software
- maintaining facility cleanliness
- assisting growing team wherever needed
This job requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and to perform work while sometimes using ladders, squatting, or kneeling, in and around water and loose soil.
This job also requires state and federal background checks, as well as signing a non-disclosure agreement. Finally, all company procedures must be understood and followed closely.
