Project Manager
Now hiring a Project Manager for direct hire position in Albuquerque, NM.
This position will be working remotely from home office and traveling to local project site as needed. Occasional travel for training and corporate events may be necessary.
Salary range is $90K - $115K, depending on experience with extensive full benefits available including 100% paid medical insurance for the employee, 401k with 4% match after 6 months, referral bonuses, and flexible PTO.
This is not your typical Project Management position. If you come from the interior design world and have some construction exposure as well, this could be for you!
This role oversees the development of the scope for interior spaces as well as the execution of the interior space build out. This role ensures that all designs are carried out while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role will work with a lot of autonomy but will be collaborating with many different entities. It is desired the role be filled by someone with interior design experience and skills while at the same time be able to manage the execution of the work. The role will consist of the following responsibilities.
Review Client provided materials:
o Floor, finish and reflected ceiling plans for each unit type.
o Architectural drawings for each unit type.
o Design Team Finish Booklet
• _ Create up to four standard Material / Color Palettes for residents to choose from. Material selection to include: flooring, tile, paint, casework, and solid surface countertops.
• _ Create Finish Booklet with materials, appliances, plumbing, electrical and lighting finishes. Booklet to include standard and upgrade options.
• _Coordinate physical samples for residents to review.
• _Review finish and upgrade options with Sales Team and Building Facilities Department
• _Meet with each prospective resident to review material selections and customization requests.
• _Document the selections made by each prospective resident.
• _Coordinate pricing with l Contractor for each unit.
• _ Review contractor pricing with Sales Team and Building Facilities Department.
• _Meet with prospective resident (with a Sales Team member) to confirm pricing and selections made.
• _Provide an approved design package for each unit to Contractor and Design Team for official change order and documentation required for permitting and construction.
• _ Run weekly construction meetings and create meeting minutes.
• _ Perform weekly jobwalks with Contractor.
• _ Attend weekly meetings with Sales Team, Building Facilities Department to discuss weekly _ progress for each unit renovation.
• _ Review Contractor Change Orders
This work is the responsibility of the Project Manager, under the guidance of the Account Director. The Project Manager will work closely with the Sales Team, Building Facilities Department, and Contractor to successfully execute the construction of each unit renovation.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years in a Project Management, Interior Design, or Owner’s Rep position. Commercial or Residential are acceptable. General Contractor experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Must have verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
This is a W-2 Position-Direct Hire Only Job. No 1099 work is available.
