- Support the ongoing development and operations of a statewide volunteer and emergency response program, contributing to grant and stakeholder reports, procedure manuals, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and update a volunteer management platform, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical assistance to local leaders and program users.
- Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and trainings involving multiple agencies and stakeholders, ensuring all logistics and resources are in place.
- Independently perform administrative and documentation tasks, preparing high-quality correspondence, reports, and integrated spreadsheets, charts, and graphics.
- 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, emergency preparedness, or volunteer management, including writing and maintaining preparedness or operational plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a collaborative setting.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
