50% - Direct trainee support – program onboarding, academic advising, research experience, professional development/transition after college
25% - Program activities and programming – help with organizing and implementing biannual program activities, monthly program meetings, weekly research conduct training, and periodic check-ins with trainees and mentors.
25% - Program administration and operations, including data tracking and reporting, budget monitoring, scheduling, and logistical planning for program activities.

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree or Bachelors degree plus 3 years related experience
- Direct experience with at least two of the above three duties over a 1 year period
