- Serve as the first point of contact, providing top-notch support via phone and email to insured clients, lenders, and agents
- Assist with a variety of policy service needs, including billing questions, document requests, and policy updates
- Process transactions accurately across multiple insurance carrier platforms while keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up-to-date
- Tackle essential administrative and clerical tasks to ensure seamless policy servicing from start to finish
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key
- Fast learner who’s confident juggling multiple tools and systems
- A plus: Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar industry
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus
- A natural problem-solver who’s committed to seeing issues through to resolution
Salary : $65,000
