Location: Remote (must reside in the Kansas City metro area and provide your own equipment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour
Duration: Long-term contract with potential to be hired on permanently

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and account setup
- Support existing customers with onboarding
- Make outbound calls to clinics regarding outstanding supply orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Must reside in the Kansas City metro and use your own equipment
