- Data & System Management: Manage the lifecycle of technical data by creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item masters, while performing cost rollups and price updates within Jobscope to ensure system accuracy.
- Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive drawing packets for field construction and produce Evapfab parts from technical markups.
- Standards & Quality Control: Maintain and update Engineering libraries, the Standards Manual, and the Design Booklet, while auditing Jobscope to ensure consistent item setup.
- Administrative Coordination: Organize and archive engineering files for new and reconstruction projects while coordinating group timesheet submittals for Accounting.
- Operational Agility: The ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting strict schedule and quality requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in document creation using spreadsheets, word processing, and databases, with a functional grasp of general computer operations.
- System Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on ability to navigate and utilize the Jobscope ERP system effectively.
- Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills used to communicate clearly and foster a productive, supportive team environment.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
