Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; relevant experience considered
- 3 years in manufacturing or cost accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems, with Epicor Kinetic experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and Office Suite skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience supporting year-end audits
- Process improvement or Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Additional certifications like CPA or CMA
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
- 3 years in manufacturing cost accounting roles
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong collaboration skills across departments
- Willingness to support audit and compliance activities
