What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to plant leadership and office staff

- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
- Support HR functions including onboarding, paperwork, and employee communication
- Order office and plant supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
- Previous administrative or office support experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
