We are looking for an experienced personal banker to cover our Los Alamos Location! Responsibilities

• Consultative Relationship Building: Engaging customers through personalized questions to identify their financial goals and provide tailored product solutions.
• Loan Pipeline Management: Proactively sourcing and closing consumer lending products, including home equity, auto, and personal loans, through networking and cross-selling.
• Operational Excellence: Mastering banking transactions, cash drawer management, and documentation to ensure strict adherence to legal and industry standards.
• Performance Optimization: Consistently meeting and exceeding key performance metrics while managing competing priorities and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• 1-2 years of banking experience or experience in the financial sector
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
