Duties
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and promptly, ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered
- Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations prior to appointments or procedures
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resolving discrepancies and resubmitting as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, including billing information, appointment histories, and correspondence
- Develop and implement successful Marketing plan.
- Oversee supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks to support daily practice functions.
