Location: Rosedale, MD
Job Type: Full-Time - In Person - Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full-Time Office Manager to support our team with various administrative tasks. Must have verifiable and at least 5 years experience with invoice procedures and billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking ability
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Oversee billing processes: invoicing, payment tracking, and client account reconciliation
- Reach out to customers for invoice follow up and past due accounts.
- Work to ensure customers are billed appropriately for products and services.
- Create service tickets for all phone and email requests and route the ticket to the appropriate technician
- Greet customers that visit the store front.
- Check in customers that require in-shop service.
- Reconcile banking and credit card statements.
- Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- At least 5 years of billing experience - must be verifiable
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive administrative experience in office manager role required
