Your experience with mobile workforce support in the oil & gas services industry (or similar field-based operations) will be invaluable in ensuring seamless technology adoption and performance in dynamic environments.
Essential Job Responsibilities
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- Proven/equivalent multi-year experience in IT support, application support, or field technology support.
- 4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or application support roles.
- Proven experience with ticketing/support systems.
- Experience troubleshooting field applications and mobile platforms used in O&G or industrial field operations.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software (Windows environments, endpoint management, cloud services).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Process-oriented individual with strong organization and technical skills.
- Able to complete work consistently with moderate flexibility to accommodate varying demands put on them by project managers.
- Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or application support roles.
