Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards and business objectives are met.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project participants.
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
