What You’ll Do:
As a Dockhand, you’re the first and last face our boaters see. Your mission? Deliver a five-star experience with every line tied and every question answered.
Greeting guests with a smile and helping them safely dock and depart
Securing vessels, connecting electric pedestals, and assisting with troubleshooting
Answering questions about the marina, area attractions, and available amenities
Helping with reservations, transient rates, and guest services
Maintaining clean and safe docks, restrooms, and common areas
Supporting general maintenance tasks and following safety protocols
Being a dependable part of a team that takes pride in the details
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Weekend availability a must
Willingness to work outside in all weather
Boating knowledge or marina experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate
