What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist - 1st Shift (6AM-430PM) position at Alliance Innovations LLC?
Alliance Innovations is a family owned and operated business that is currently seeking a CNC Machinist for 1st Shift. Starting rate of pay is $18.00/HR. We work four 10 hours shifts Monday thru Thursday. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays per business needs.

A qualified candidate will need to:
- Retrieving raw materials, completing machine setups and running provided programs.
- Reviewing blueprints, drawings, specifications prior to starting to machine to ensure accuracy.
- Operating a forklift safely and overhead crane while maintaining all safety guidelines.
- Determining the tools necessary to complete jobs per customer specifications.
- Modifying machine speed, tooling, cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of job.
- Working independently with minimal guidance on operational and technical challenges.
- Concentrating for extended periods of time, paying close attention to detail.
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly PM tasks to ensure machine longevity, as needed.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- High school diploma.
- 3 Years’ experience with CNC calculations, CAD and CAM software, preferred.
- Front load forklift experience.
- Basic math skills required.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time on a concrete floor.
- Be able to be in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment being exposed to forklift, machining, and potentially other loud noises.
- Be able to hear and or see the machine alarms with abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Be able to wear all necessary PPE such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, etc.
- Be able to have physical stamina and proper use and alignment of material and machinery set-up / changeover.
