EMC Precision has provided complex parts in low- to mid-volume quantities expertly machined since 1925. This Style Machine Operator/setup employee will be responsible for the Lathes with live tooling and Vertical Mill 4th & 5th Axis.

EMC Precision has provided complex parts in low- to mid-volume quantities expertly machined since 1925. This Style Machine Operator/setup employee will be responsible for the Lathes with live tooling and Vertical Mill 4th & 5th Axis.
- $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Bonus will be paid in 3 increments of $500/90 Days, $1,000/6 Months, and $1,500/12 Months.
- CNC Machine experience required
- Setup experience a plus
- Lathe experience with live tooling (Y axis) and sub-spindle
- Read and interpret drawings
- Read micrometer and other precision instruments
- Calculate/adjust machine settings
- Identify/solve problems
- High School diploma/GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Fluent in Math.
- Minimum of one year of shop experience.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area utilizing 5S techniques and methods.
- Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
- Solid work history.
- Must be able to frequently: push, pull, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, see general and close up, hear, speak, use motor coordination and dexterity as well as eye, hand, foot, and use of hand(s), wrist, arms, and fingers and arm(s) in any direction.
- Must be able to occasionally: kneel, stoop, bend, grip, and climb flights of stairs.
