We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Floor Care Technicians to join our Floor Care Team at one of the top janitorial companies in the Puget Sound. Our Floor Techs are responsible for operating and setting up heavy floor care equipment while traveling to different building locations throughout the region to deliver high-quality floor and facility cleaning services for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and setting up heavy equipment for floor care tasks
- Carpet cleaning and floor maintenance
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Stripping and waxing floors using specialized tools and machinery
- Proper use and application of cleaning chemicals
- Spot cleaning and detailed cleaning as needed
- Pressure washing building exteriors
- Window cleaning
- Debris pickup and removal
- Interacting professionally with customers and team members
- Traveling to various building locations across King County, with occasional assignments in Pierce and Snohomish Counties
- Participating in a performance review after 90 days
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable setting up and operating floor care machines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods
- Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
