Position Summary

The Site Manager supports all aspects of security operations at a high-profile Alliance client site. This role involves supervising daily security functions, coordinating with the NYPD during protests or special events, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all tenants and visitors. The Site Manager acts as a key liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervision
• Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain communication with client representatives and building management
• Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring
• Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings
• Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior NYPD or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
• Corporate security or management experience required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes
  
  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Must have NYPD experience

Certification Requirements

• NYS Armed Security Guard License
