Staff Nurse (RN)
Allendale Treatment
Location: Auburn, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | 3×12 Hour Day Shifts (7a–7p) | Rotating Weekends
Position Overview
Allendale Treatment is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our substance abuse treatment team. This role provides direct nursing care to adults with substance abuse issues in a safe, structured, and supportive inpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol

Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients/families

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (KIPU experience preferred)

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Title 42 CFR, and nursing regulations

Respond to medical or behavioral emergencies as needed

Participate in staff meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current RN license in the State of Indiana

Experience in mental health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment preferred

Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
