Staff Nurse (LPN)

Location: Auburn, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | 3×12 Hour Night Shifts (7p–7a) | Rotating Weekends
Position Overview
Allendale Treatment is hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adult patients receiving inpatient substance abuse care. This role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with our RN and provider teams.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor patient condition and report changes to RN or provider

Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice

Assist with patient assessments and daily medical needs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and ethical care standards

Support safety protocols and emergency procedures

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Current LPN license in the State of Indiana

Experience in mental health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment preferred

Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care

Strong time management and communication skills
