EARNING POTENTIAL: $80,000–$150,000 per year
(No cap; earnings based on performance and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals

• Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle

• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies

• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business

• Overcome objections and stay positive in sales situations

• Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates

• Maintain a professional appearance and bring a positive attitude daily

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred (but not required)

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional and well-groomed appearance

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening
