Superintendent – Multifamily Construction (URGENT - Interviews ASAP)

We’re partnered exclusively with a well-respected GC based in Bradenton that’s been building high-quality multifamily and government projects across the Tampa Bay region for over 30 years. As they enter a major growth phase including new planned scaled operations in Orlando and Naples they’re looking to strengthen their site leadership team with an experienced Multifamily Superintendent.
With 2 new multifamily developments breaking ground within the next 90 days, this is a prime opportunity to step in at a pivotal time and take full ownership of day-to-day site operations on ground-up projects across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. One project is due to start in Bradenton and the other is situated in St Petersburg.
As Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for managing all phases of construction from site prep through to punch-out and closeout. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain tight control over schedule and budget, and uphold the high construction standards the GC is known for. Your ability to lead crews, enforce safety protocols, and communicate effectively with the project team will be key to keeping things on track and on time.
