Salary: $120K-$130K Benefits

We are a well-established General Contractor specializing in large-scale commercial construction projects across Long Island. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure the successful delivery of complex commercial builds.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain schedules and quality standards
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate inspections, site logistics, and sequencing of work
- Review drawings and specifications to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control
- Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
