Allegiance Construction are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established GC known for delivering high-quality multifamily and government projects across Tampa, Sarasota, and Bradenton for over 30 years. Now entering an exciting, planned phase of expansion in the next 2 years, and having recently onboarded a great Superintendent & Project Executive, my client are building out their senior project leadership team, and there’s real momentum behind it.
With TWO ground-up multifamily developments confirmed to be breaking ground in March 2026, this is your chance to step into a Project Manager role at a pivotal time and help lead the charge during a period of strong, strategic growth. As Project Manager, you’ll take the reins on new ground-up multifamily projects across Bradenton ($75m / 360 units) and St Petersburg ($100m / 400 units), overseeing everything from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll be fully responsible for driving the schedule, managing the budget, coordinating subs, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the high standards this GC is known for are upheld throughout.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface with ownership and the design team, managing communication, documentation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, and cost controls, including developing and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will lead large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments valued at $75M–$100M , delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance.
In this position, you will manage subcontractors from a project management perspective, overseeing scope coordination, contract compliance, change management, and performance. You will lead and align office and field teams by directly managing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while overseeing superintendents responsible for field operations. Reporting directly to the Project Executive, you will provide clear, accurate reporting and proactive problem-solving on complex projects, leveraging Procore for project management and documentation and Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.
