With a large project due to kick off in March in Bal Harbour, you will very much be able to hit the ground running with this.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of major commercial renovation and restoration concrete projects, some valued up to $70M, managing everything from preconstruction through final closeout. These are highly technical builds, involving intricate structural rehab, formwork, reinforcement, and coordination with specialty trades. You'll be at the center of it all leading teams, engaging with clients, driving schedules, and ensuring top-tier quality and safety outcomes.
This is the ideal role for a proven Project Manager with a background in structural concrete or civil construction, ready to take full ownership of outcomes. You'll lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management, while coordinating all critical documentation - RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders. Your leadership will directly influence performance in the field and build long-lasting client partnerships.
We're looking for a dynamic construction professional with at least 4 years of commercial project management experience, ideally in the concrete or heavy civil space. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and strong proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
