Run the field on one of DFW’s largest mission-critical projects.
My client is a top-tier national general contractor with a major data center campus underway in the Arlington area. They need a Senior Superintendent with deep MEP experience to lead field operations on a fast-track, multi-building build. You’ll be the leader on site, coordinating hundreds of trade workers every day and owning safety, quality and schedule.
The opportunity
- Lead one of the largest and most visible projects in DFW

What you’ll do
- Run daily site operations, including logistics, sequencing, safety and quality control
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and controls subcontractors through to commissioning and handover
- Drive three-week look-aheads and keep work on the critical path
- Lead site safety culture and inspections, and act as the client’s main field contact
- Lead and develop assistant superintendents, MEP superintendents and field engineers
What you’ll bring
- 10 years of superintendent experience with a GC or MEP contractor
- Proven delivery of large data center, industrial, semiconductor or hospital MEP builds
- Experience running multi-trade sites of several hundred workers
- OSHA 30, and a strong safety record
- Confidence reading MEP drawings and working through commissioning
Nice to have
- An electrical or mechanical trade background
- Experience on hyperscale campuses or energized-equipment environments
Package
- Up to $230,000 base salary
- Project completion bonus, plus company truck or vehicle allowance, fuel card and phone
