Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the lead on high-profile commercial projects in one of the most dynamic construction markets in the world? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Manhattan.
As HVAC Foreman, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, leading crews on large-scale commercial installations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation teams on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Plan daily work activities and manage manpower efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical installations
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of site safety practices
- NYC experience and relevant certifications/licenses preferred
