With a strong pipeline and increasing project size, they’re now looking to bring in a Junior Estimator who can contribute from day one and grow into a key part of their preconstruction team.

As a Junior Estimator you will:
- Supporting full-cycle estimating across all divisions
- Producing detailed take-offs and assisting with bid submissions
- Engaging with multiple subcontractors per trade
- Collaborating closely with senior estimators and preconstruction leadership
You will ideally possess:
- Around 2 years’ estimating experience (or equivalent exposure)
- A relevant construction degree or experience with a reputable general contractor
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to estimating
- Experience with mechanical, HVAC, or electrical systems
- Familiarity with tools like BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid (bonus)
