Estimator – Construction, Roofing & Restoration
FirstLine Construction Corp.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates across our Construction, Roofing, and Restoration divisions.
Responsibilities
• Review plans, specs, and project requirements
• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate (required)
• Perform site visits when needed
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Prepare and submit professional proposals
• Coordinate with project managers and clients
Requirements
• Estimating experience in construction, roofing, or restoration
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple estimates at once
