Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 Bonus

A premier luxury homebuilder in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end, architect-designed custom homes across the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods. This role is ideal for a field leader with deep experience in luxury residential construction, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong record of longevity with previous employers.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience building luxury or custom homes (no production home backgrounds)
• Proven success supervising multi-million-dollar ground-up residential projects
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, specialty trades, quality control, and sequencing
• Ability to run day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, safety, and inspections
• Experience coordinating with architects, designers, structural and MEP consultants
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage high-expectation clients

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations from groundbreaking through completion
• Supervise subcontractors and daily construction activities
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, finish quality, and site cleanliness
• Coordinate directly with architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners
• Manage schedules, inspections, punch lists, and problem-solving in the field
• Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and luxury-level expectations
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients
• Protect schedule, quality, safety, and budget through proactive field leadership
