Red Ox Construction is seeking a Civil Project Manager. In this role you will take full ownership of civil projects from planning to completion ensuring the proper materials, quality, schedule, and cost is up to Red Ox standards. This role is ideal for an experienced civil construction professional who understands the demands of project delivery, can anticipate and manage project risk, and has a proven ability to lead teams through complex scopes while building strong client and partner relationships.

- Serve as Project Manager for municipal and/or state civil infrastructure projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Lead project delivery for transportation, roadway, drainage, utilities, water/wastewater, or similar public-sector projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for municipal, county, and state agency clients.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state, municipal, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- At least 2 years of prior experience serving as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience delivering municipal and/or state-funded infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of public-sector project delivery processes, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
