Role Expectations:
· Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.
· Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to maintain project progress and meet key milestones.
· Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to drive efficient execution and resolve issues in real time.
· Monitor project costs, job budgets, and financial performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
· Ensure compliance with company safety programs, regulatory requirements, and jobsite standards while promoting a culture of accountability.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively across all departments
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
· Knowledge of civil construction methods, project management principles, safety regulations, and risk management.
· Knowledge of project documentation, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
· Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills across all company divisions.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· Ability to manage civil construction projects on schedule and within budget.
· Ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain productive jobsite operations.
· Ability to identify risks, implement solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience & Qualification:
· 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within civil construction.
· Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office products.
· Familiarity with construction software platforms such as Procore and Deltek ComputerEase is strongly preferred.
· Must possess a valid driver's license.
· Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
