We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager with Pediatric Hospice experience to lead and support a highly skilled interdisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional hospice and palliative care to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

Position Summary
The RN Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, oversight, and support to pediatric hospice staff. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and family-centered care while promoting clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to pediatric hospice team members
- Conduct frequent supervisory field visits to support staff clinical competence
- Perform Joint Commission Tracer field visits and participate in survey readiness activities
- Lead and train staff on standards of excellence in accordance with JCAHO requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in Pediatric Hospice and Concurrent Care Programs, including levels of care and available resources
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, licensing requirements, and hospice standards of care
- Foster culturally sensitive, collaborative care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Completion of a professional nursing program accredited by the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
- Current California RN licensure; CPR certification required
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in pediatric hospice care
- At least three (3) years of nursing experience in pediatrics, hospice and/or palliative care
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to function independently
- Knowledge of current home health and hospice trends, regulations, and best practices
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and family-centered care
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for work-related travel
- Current physical, TB clearance, and required immunizations (Tdap, MMR, Varicella, HepB)
